When you click on the “BUY NOW” button, your payment
will be processed via PAYFAST,
a secure online payment platform.

PAYFAST will confirm successful payment to your email
address as soon as payment is approved.

You can order our:
- Collection of FIVE HERBS,
- Collective of FIVE SPICES OR
- ANY FIVE products selected from HERBS, SPICES of OTHER products.

Our online buying platform does not allow for
you to make your selection online at this stage, so, as soon as the successful payment process has been
confirmed by PAYFAST, Real
City Food will contact you to get your selection of products,
package the order and courier within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Should you choose to collect your order, payment must be made online via the
PAYFAST platform first. Click the R125
button.

Please note that “SHIPPING” charges, i.e. “COURIER” charges are ZAR55.00 to any of the major cities
throughout South Africa.

International customers (outside of South
Africa) please contact us for our bank details, the US$:ZAR exchange rate of
the day and a shipping quote, probably from DHL, our shipping service provider
for international destinations.
