REAL CITY FOOD is a Social Enterprise (SocEnt) focusing on the Sales and Marketing of selected HIGH QUALITY Herbs, Spices, Mixes and Oils.

Young Social Changemakers (YSC) is a NPO involved in developing youth by focusing on identifying challenges in local communities and then innovating, designing and building solutions supported through the business of REAL CITY FOOD.

This means that by buying our products, you partner with us in our investment into young people, changing individual lives which lead to changed communities translating ultimately into a more just world.

Further more, words like REDUCE, RE-USE and RECYCLE are not mere rhetoric to us neither an "add-on" but an integral part of how we do business.

For this reason, our Herbs, Spices, Mixes and Oils are only sold in GLASS containers and our indoor grow environment simulators built with recycled timber, recycled soda bottles, etc.

We will buy every empty/used jar back from our customers and encourage customers who bought products via retailers to return used jars to where products were purchased. To encourage customer loyalty, we pay higher prices for 5 jars or more than for a single jar. Retailers won't ask questions nor demand receipts or jar lids, the only criterion is that credits be passed on to a repeat purchase.
